Access Exchange International (AEI)
AEI is a non-governmental organization promoting accessible public transport for persons with disabilities and seniors in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and eastern Europe.
Canadian Transportation Agency
One of the Canadian Transportation Agency's core mandates is to protect the human right of persons with disabilities to an accessible transportation network. It creates and administers regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines to ensure accessible transportation. It publishes guidance for transportation service providers and travelers with disabilities and also helps resolve individual complaints about accessible transportation through facilitation, mediation or adjudication.
Disability.gov is the federal government website for comprehensive information on disability programs and services in communities nationwide.
European Disability Forum
The European Disability Forum is an independent NGO that represents the interests of 80 million Europeans with disabilities.
International Federation on Ageing
An international non-governmental organization with a membership base of NGOs, the corporate sector, academia, government, and individuals.
National Aging and Disability Transportation Center
Organization working to increase access to transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers, funded by the Federal Transit Administration and administered by Easterseals and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) with guidance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living.
Secretariat for the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (SCRPD)
The UN Enable website provides public information on topics related to disability and the work of the United Nations for persons with disabilities.
The Accessible Transportation Unit provides leadership in the development and promotion of strategies and policies that seek to provide accessibility to the national transportation network without undue obstacles for persons with disabilities, seniors, and other citizens with unique needs.

The Transportation Research Board engages professionals worldwide in a broad range of interdisciplinary, multimodal activities to lay the foundation for innovative transportation solutions
Urban Robotics Foundation (URF)
The Urban Robotics Foundation (URF) is a nonprofit focused on municipal readiness for mobile delivery and maintenance robots. Their members and management team are drafting the ISO standard TC204/WG19/4448, "Intelligent transport systems – public mobile robots and automated pathway devices." Robots can be a support for individuals with disabilities related to delivery services, but, also can be a barrier on sidewalks if they impede mobility.
